Silicon Metal 553

Silicon metal 553 is an industrial-grade silicon-based material, which is smelted by high temperature in an electric furnace with quartz sand and carbonaceous reducing agent. The silicon content is ≥98.5%, and the impurity contents of iron, aluminum and calcium are controlled within 0.5%, 0.5% and 0.3% respectively.
