Silicon Metal 441

Silicon Metal 441 (grade: Si441) is an ultra-high purity industrial silicon material with a silicon content of ≥99.0% and strictly controlled impurity content (iron Fe≤0.4%, aluminum Al≤0.4%, calcium Ca≤0.1%). It is designed for high-end industrial fields that are sensitive to purity and impurities. The sum of iron, aluminum and calcium impurities is ≤0.9%, which significantly improves the performance consistency of the material in precision alloys, semiconductors and specialty chemicals. With a purity of ≥99.0%, it is especially suitable for photovoltaic polysilicon purification, electronic grade silicon powder preparation and special aluminum alloy production.
The product is in the form of silver-gray dense blocks or customized granules with a smooth surface and high hardness. It has excellent high temperature resistance (melting point 1414℃), conductivity and chemical inertness, which can meet the requirements of precision manufacturing and high stability process.
