Silicon Metal Powder

Silicon metal powder is a high-purity, ultra-fine-particle industrial silicon material, which is refined by crushing, grinding, grading and other processes of high-quality metallurgical-grade silicon (such as Si553, Si441, etc.). The silicon content is ≥98.0%, and the typical particle size range is 50 mesh to 800 mesh (micron or nanometer powder can be customized). The product is silver-gray powder with the characteristics of uniform particle size, large specific surface area, high activity and good fluidity.

Silicon metal powder adopts air flow milling or ball milling process, and the powder particle size is precisely controllable (D50: 1-500μm), the surface is clean and non-oxidized, and the chemical reaction efficiency is significantly improved.
