High Carbon Purity
Black anthracite carbon additive is made from carefully selected anthracite coal calcined at 1300–2200°C. It boasts a fixed carbon content of ≥95%, low impurities, and sulfur ≤0.3%, enhancing metal purity and smelting stability.
Strong High-Temperature Resistance
The dense carbon crystal structure maintains long-term stability above 1600°C without decomposition or pulverization, making it suitable for high-temperature processes such as aluminum processing and steelmaking.
High Absorption Efficiency
The 1–5mm particle size increases the contact area with the molten metal, achieving a carbon absorption rate of up to 92%, a 15% increase over conventional recarburizers, significantly improving smelting efficiency.
