Product Features

Strong Deoxidation And Desulfurization Performance: Ca ≥ 30%, Si ≥ 60%. Calcium and silicon work synergistically to rapidly remove oxygen and sulfur, increasing deoxidation rates by 40% and desulfurization rates ≥ 80%, significantly improving molten steel purity.

Low Impurity Levels: P and S ≤ 0.02%, ensuring pure, inclusion-free molten steel.

Stable Composition: High-purity calcium silicon is produced using a vacuum melting process, with a composition fluctuation of ≤ ±0.5%, ensuring consistent quality.
