High Silicon Content: Ferrosilicon 75 contains 75% silicon and is smelted in an electric arc furnace from high-purity silica and scrap steel, ensuring high deoxidation efficiency and significantly improving molten steel purity.

 

High-Temperature Resistance: With a melting point exceeding 1500°C, it can be directly added to molten steel and does not decompose under prolonged high temperatures, ensuring stability during the smelting process.

 

Easy Storage and Transportation: Ferrosilicon 75 is non-hygroscopic and non-caking, making it easy to transport over long distances and store on-site.

 

 

Product Application

 

 

Steel Deoxidizer
Ferrosilicon 75 is used as a deoxidizer in steelmaking. It rapidly reacts with oxygen in molten steel to form stable silica, improving the steel's purity and mechanical properties.

 

Alloy Strengthener
As an alloying element additive, Ferrosilicon 75 improves steel's strength, hardness, and wear resistance, making it suitable for the production of alloy and specialty steels.

 

Casting Inoculant
During the casting process, this metal alloy promotes uniform graphite precipitation, refines the cast iron structure, and improves the strength, toughness, and impact resistance of castings, ensuring consistent casting quality.

 

Metallurgical Alloy Raw Material
