Raw Material Preparation and Smelting: Silica, coke, and iron scraps are mixed in precise ratios and charged into an electric arc furnace, where temperatures above 2000°C facilitate a carbothermic reduction, converting silica into liquid ferrosilicon.

Tapping and Casting: The molten ferrosilicon is tapped from the furnace, cast into ingots or slabs, and cooled, with slag and impurities separated to maintain alloy purity.

Processing and Packaging: Solidified ingots are crushed, screened into specific sizes, tested for quality, and packaged, while byproducts like silica fume and slag are managed for environmental compliance.
